PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information exchange system for a vehicle, which can recognize other vehicle easily when one's own vehicle has a minor collision with the other vehicle. SOLUTION: The information exchange system is provided with: an information sending means 3 sending the vehicle-related information of the own vehicle including at least identification information for identifying the own vehicle, to the other vehicle; a minor collision detecting means 4 detecting a minor collision between the own vehicle and the other vehicle; and a control means 1 permitting the information sending means 3 to send the vehicle-related information of the own vehicle to the other vehicle when the minor collision between the own vehicle and the other vehicle is detected by the minor collision detecting means 4. This enables the driver of the other vehicle to recognize the counter party involved in the minor collision easily, based on the identification information included in the sent vehicle-related information.
