PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing construction of a piston sliding portion by causing no enlargement of hydraulic equipment. SOLUTION: The sealing construction in the piston sliding portion of the hydraulic equipment is provided with a cylinder 1, a rod 2 movably inserted in the cylinder 1, a piston 3 connected to the rod 2, and inserted into the cylinder 1 slidably to partition two pressure chambers R1, R2 in the cylinder 1, and passages 6, 7 formed in the piston 3, and provided with valves 4, 5 to give resistance to the flow of working fluid communicating with and passing through each pressure chambers R1, R2. A disc 22 comprising a sealing member 23 sliding with the cylinder 1 inner periphery in the outer periphery is stacked on top of the piston 3 to seal the piston sliding portion with the sealing member 23.
