PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an environment in which cared persons can mentally and physically comfortably live with ease while substantially enhancing a use efficiency based on care to the cared persons. SOLUTION: A bedroom and a washstand room are disposed at positions facing each other through a corridor. A toilet is disposed between the bedroom and the washstand room. Therefore, the communication between the bedroom used as a habitable room for the cared persons, the washstand room, and the toilet can be facilitated, and an efficient living environment safe for the cared persons can be realized with attention paid to the physical power of the cared persons, the weak. Even when a carer accesses to the inside and the outside of the toilet while a cared person sits on the toilet stool, it is assured that the position of the access is at the side of the cared person.
