PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize smooth service employment in a house where application of a plurality of service providers are intermingled. SOLUTION: A home network system is realized where a home gateway manages an amount of use memory for application and access authority to equipments in house, a plurality of service providers do not obstruct service each other by the upper limit setting of memory quantity at the time when application starts and access authentication from application to the equipments in house, and communication between an unexpected application with an unexpected equipment in house is prevented.
