PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waveform display device, assigning a numeric key function or character input function to an operation key without deteriorating the operability of each operation key while suppressing enlargement of an operating screen. SOLUTION: This device comprises three or more function keys 10a disposed along one side of a display screen 2 and forming two different key lines 13 and 14 in a direction perpendicular to the one side; a function assignment display part 44 displaying function assignment to each function key 10a in association with the positions in a direction parallel to the one side within the display screen 2; and a function execution part 42 executing, based on an operation of each function key 10a by a user, the function assigned to the operation key.
