PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for testing an operation training simulator by which a manual operation control test equivalent to a test using a control panel can be conducted on a simulator model of an operation training simulator without using a control panel (hardware) or a software control panel. SOLUTION: In order to conduct a manual operation control test on the operation training simulator, a human-machine interface 7 for testing is prepared which displays, in a tabular form, a list of device information of the control panel of the operation training simulator and conditions of devices in accordance with the state of the simulation, and through which operation input for the simulation is performed by using the list displayed in a tabular form. By using the human-machine interface 7 for testing, the manual operation control test equivalent to the test using the control panel can be conducted on the simulation model of the operation training simulator without using any the control panel (hardware) or the software control panel.
