PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal structure which is lighter in weight and small in size, has a sufficient strength and is easily assembled in a fixed sound absorbing structure capable of absorbing noise of a high frequency band and a low frequency band. SOLUTION: A framework member with hollows arranged with predetermined intervals, is included, and a porosity sound absorbing material is arranged between the framework members, and a whole or a part of the framework member constitutes a resonance sound absorbing body. The fixed sound absorbing structure is constituted by attaching a sound transmitting front plate on one face of the internal structure, and a rear plate on another face. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
