PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container light and excellent in heat insulating properties, hardly causing the leakage of a liquid even if the wall thickness is thin. SOLUTION: This molding apparatus is employed for molding a fluid holder made of a foamable resin using an amorphous resin, and comprises a mold for cooling, an impregnation means to impregnate a fluid in the supercritical state into a fluid-holder material of a prescribed shape existing inside the mold for cooling, a foaming means to foam the fluid-holder material impregnated with the fluid in the supercritical state by the impregnation means, and a cooling means to cool the mold for cooling from inside and outside.
