PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filling device of a particulate material constituted so as to allow all of the particulate material to fall in a female mold to fill the mold without leaving the particulate material in a suction plate for sucking and transferring the particulate material in compression molding processing using air suction force. SOLUTION: A vibrator 40 is provided to a part of the suction plate 21 for sucking and transferring the particulate material leveled by a leveling device, the suction plate 21 is moved to the position just above a mold to be revolved downward and the vibrator 40 is operated when the suction of air is stopped to allow the particulate material to fall in the mold.
