PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet for information recording which causes no problems of waste of resources, cost increase, sheet thickness, etc. and also no problems of printing fault, clogging, peeling, etc. in a printing process. SOLUTION: The adhesive sheet for information recording has base paper 1 for information recording which is separable into a plurality of pieces 1a, 1b, etc., an adhesive layer 4 which is provided on the back side of the base paper 1 and a release sheet 5 which has a first release layer 5a provided on a surface covering the adhesive layer 4. At least in a part of the back of the base paper 1, a bonding agent layer 9 which falsely bonds to the first release layer 5a after cured is provided in place of the adhesive layer 4.
