PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet seat device achieving the energy saving, precisely stabilizing the temperature of a seat part for a short period of time and capable of notifying that the temperature of the seat part is a comfortable temperature. SOLUTION: The toilet seat device comprises a toilet seat part 400, a heating element 480 heating the toilet seat part 400, a temperature detecting part 411 detecting the surface temperature of the toilet seat part 400, a human body detecting part 600 detecting the presence of a user, a control part 210 and a notification part 280. The human body detecting part 600 detects the presence of the user, applies current to the heating element 480 and allows the notification part 280 to notify the temperature of the toilet seat part 400 so that the user can recognize whether the temperature of a seat part 410T is an uncomfortable low-temperature state or not without actually touching the seat part 410T.
