PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical endoscope fitted with a flexible branched tube, the surgical endoscope having improved manufacturing cost and improved ease of cleaning. SOLUTION: The surgical endoscope including a stem 2 and a manually bendable branched tube 3 issuing sideways from the stem wherein the branched tube 3 consists of a single layer tube made of a material that can be durably deformed by hand.
