PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a winning state with higher probability while effectively using the space for a conventional variable winning device for other purposes by having the function equivalent to the conventional wing-type variable winning device without separately disposing the wing-type variable winning device while utilizing existing structures disposed within a play area, such as a through gate, a stage and a ball inlet facing the stage. SOLUTION: A display device is disposed on a center frame of a game board, and the stage is mounted under the display device. The ball inlet of a warp route is made to face a projecting position of the stage. The game state is shifted to a special game state when a lottery is won, and the stage part facing the ball inlet of the warp route is movable so that the probability of entrance to the ball inlet is increased. The lottery is performed by a game ball passing though the through gate, and the stage part is movable so that the probability of entrance to the ball inlet is increased based on the result of winning of the lottery.
