A winding reel for a rolled steel sheet is provided to enable the rolled steel sheet to be smoothly wound on an outer peripheral surface of a segment of a winding reel by improving clamping force applied to the steel sheet when winding the rolled steel sheet. A winding reel(100) for a rolled steel sheet includes a rotary shaft(110) into which a cylinder rod(120) is fitted such that the cylinder rod slides back and forth, mandrel shafts(210) slidably assembled with the outer periphery of the rotary shaft in the longitudinal direction, segments(310) assembled with the rotary shaft such that the segments are movably inserted onto the mandrel shafts to wind the rolled steel sheet, and a steel sheet clamping part one side of which is installed on the rotary shaft, and the other side of which is fixed to the segment to press or release the steel sheet by the operation of the cylinder rod.
