<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing device excellent in vibration damping. <P>SOLUTION: A damping member 2 is disposed so that a part of the inner peripheral surface of the damping member 2 made of a damping material is brought into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the outer ring 6 of a ball bearing 1. A ring axial outer portion 13 positioned on the axial outer side of the axial one end face 19 of the outer ring 6 is formed on the damping member 2. The center axis of the axial outer portion 13 is generally aligned with the center axis of the outer ring 6.
