<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic improving the dissolution effect of wrinkles by dissolving the tension state of facial expression muscle. <P>SOLUTION: This cosmetic is provided by containing an anise fruit extract and argireline, and also an α-wave inducing agent penetrating into a subcutaneous part by applying on skin, stimulating skin nerve and inducing the α-wave in brain.
