PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a defective attaching position for a room temperature sensor of an air conditioner. SOLUTION: This air-conditioning management system 10 is provided with a storage part 12, a control part 11, a display 14 and a speaker 15, and diagnoses the attaching positions of the room temperature sensors 60, 70 in the air conditioner 2. The storage part 12 stores a change history data 12a of a set temperature of the air conditioner 2. The control part judges whether the set temperature is changed more than a prescribed frequency or not, based on the change history data 12a. The display 14 and speaker 15 notify a purport that the attaching positions of the room temperature sensors 60, 70 are not satisfactory, when the set temperature is judged, by the control part 11, to be changed more than the prescribed frequency.
