PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect abnormality occurring in an observation object. SOLUTION: This system detects difference between a plurality of observation results. This system comprises an acquiring section for acquiring first time-series data including a plurality of observation values acquired by observing the observation object according to a lapse of time and a second time-series data including the plurality of observation values acquired by observing the observation object according to the lapse of time, a duplication section for repeating, restoring and extracting the plurality of observation values from the first time-series data and generating first duplication data as the duplication of the first time-series data, and a calculation section for calculating and outputting an indication value showing the difference between the first time-series data and the second time-series data based on the difference of the probability value in the same observation value between the accumulation probability distribution of the first duplication data and the accumulation probability distribution of the second duplication data including at least part of the second time-series data.
