PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly-convenient capillary connection device capable of forming a fluid seal by adhesion of the end face of a capillary, and suppressing a dead volume to a section arrangement portion of a capillary adhesion part without contact with a member constitution of another connection device. SOLUTION: The capillary is inserted into a capillary holding member having a capillary insertion hole having about the same or a little larger size in comparison with the outer diameter of the capillary, and fixed while the capillary is projected from the capillary insertion hole as long as several hundred microns. Two pieces of capillary holding members integrated with each capillary are prepared, and a positioning guide is utilized, and the two pieces of the capillary holding members are pressed and connected by using a fastener equipped with a spring. The fluid seal is formed only by the capillary end face having high flatness by allowing adhesion so that a stress strain of several micrometers is generated in the longitudinal direction of the capillary, within a range wherein a capillary damage caused by excess pressing is not generated between two pieces of the capillaries.
