PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear luggage compartment structure of a vehicle for making elimination of a step between a seat back and a luggage compartment floor surface in folding a seat compatible with securement of usability of the seat. SOLUTION: The seat 33 is constituted so that the seat back 33B is reclined on a seat cushion 33C to be foldable, a luggage compartment board 40 is movably provided selectively between a storage state stored evenly along a floor panel and a use state positioned at approximately same height with the rear end part of the folded seat back 33B, and the luggage compartment board 40 is constituted so that it is divided into a plurality of portions, and the front end part is moved along a guide part 50 of the luggage compartment side.
