PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a floor carpet of an automobile capable of allowing slight displacement of a mounting position, preventing catching of the floor carpet between a bracket and an on-vehicle part and improving an assembling property. SOLUTION: The part mounting bracket 2 has a part mounting part 21 on an upper part, has a plurality of leg parts 22 extended downward from the part mounting part 21 and connected to a floor panel 61 and is arranged in an erected state by the leg parts 22 on the floor panel 61. In the meantime, width of a cut and raised tongue piece 12 constituting a cut and raised part 11 of the floor carpet 1 is formed wider than width formed by the leg parts 22, the cut and raised tongue piece 12 does not enter between the leg parts 22 and rises so as to lean by making contact with end parts of the plate type leg parts 22.
