The cooling device (1) of the present invention comprises a compartment (2), a printed circuit board (4) with various electrical circuit elements thereon and transmission lines providing the electrical transmittal between these circuit elements, having a live end (P) with current passing there through and a casing (3) wherein the printed circuit board (4) is disposed, separating the compartment (2) from the printed circuit board (4) to prevent the user from directly contacting the printed circuit board (4).
