A one-click personal information inquiry system using a portable terminal, a device thereof, and a method thereof are provided to enable a user to receive intrinsic personalized information for the user only on an initial screen as soon as the user accesses a wireless Internet, thereby reducing wireless Internet usage time and cost. A portable terminal(100) accesses a WAP(Wireless Application Protocol) server(121) through a wireless Internet(140), and receives intrinsic personalized information on an initial screen as soon as accessing the WAP server(121). A service supply device(123) authenticates a telephone number of the terminal(100) according to a WAP server access request of the terminal(100), and extracts personalized information mapped with the telephone number to provide the extracted information to the initial screen of the terminal(100).
