An optical sensor module with a tilt and a body fat measurement apparatus with the same are provided to be applied to a portable device with the minimum distance between a light source and a detector by controlling an incident depth of the light. An optical sensor module with a tilt includes at least one light source(210), a tilt device(211), and a light detecting unit(220,240). The tilt device adjusts the irradiation angle of the light source to irradiate a light signal irradiated from the light source to a predetermined biological tissue at a predetermined angle. The light detecting unit detects a scattered light signal scattered in the biological tissue, and converts the scattered light signal to an electric signal. The tilt device includes a medium with a predetermined refraction index to irradiate the light signal to the biological tissue at the predetermined angle.
