An external fixation hinge system. It consists of relatively small Hemi- arches (N2 in Type a, N7 in type b) that are connected together by means of rods (N lin type a, N 1,2 in type b); said Hemi-arches contain one hole in one end edge in oblique manner is guiding a screw inward a in fixed angle toward the center of bone while at the other end we can apply screw fixation device which guide and fix another screw to cross the first one at the center of bone in order to obtain a stable fixation of bone fragments in a crisscross manner and then leave a sufficient space of soft tissue and bone for suitable operation for lengthening and corrections without injury of tendons and neurovascular structures, because of the screws crossing the bone obliquely from side where no nerves or vessels are passing. The Hemi-arches are connected together by means of threaded rods and if needed hinged parts to enable us to move the device in all directions and conditions during the process of lengthening and correction of axes. The system is small in size safe in use, because of stable fixation and insertion of screws in miner painful regions makes the system more tolerable and allows treatment of complex hand deformities and lengthening with correction of axial deviations and treatment of contractures of hand joints.
