<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve quality of a product by reflecting the result of inspection process in a manufacturing process. <P>SOLUTION: An image of a bearing 24 is taken by a camera 26, is processed by an image processing unit that accompanies this imaging, and this processing result is managed by a management apparatus 14. When the level of video signal accompanying imaging by the camera 26 does not exceed the upper limit level 102 indicative of a threshold, but shows a tendency of gradually approaching the upper limit level 102 that exceeds a specified value 104, the assembling method of an assembling apparatus 10 in the manufacturing process is either modified or the driving of the assembling apparatus 10 is stopped. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
