<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extract especially suitable for cure of nonpathological cutaneous symptom caused by inflammation, especially the sensitive skin by sedative activities. <P>SOLUTION: The cosmetic composition comprises an extract of Limnocitrus littoralis obtained by using an alcohol or aqueous alcohol extraction solvent as an active material in a vehicle applicable to topical application and acceptable as a cosmetic. The treating method by using the cosmetic, especially intending to carry out the sedation of the nonpathological cutaneous symptom caused by the inflammation, and/or the prevention and/or cure of the effects of endogenous and/or light-induced aging involves application of the cosmetic composition to the skin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
