<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for forming a composite image with high quality even when three or more images are combined. <P>SOLUTION: The image processing apparatus receives image data of each of a plurality of objects to be composed, generates tag data for representing types of objects (font object, graphic object, and image object or the like) as to each of received image data, applies alpha blend arithmetic operations to the generated tag data, and sets a type of an object for a region wherein the objects are overlapped on the basis of a result of the arithmetic operations. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
