PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing and drying machine to/from which a filter case is easily attached/detached. SOLUTION: In the washing and drying machine including a drying filter device for catching lint included in drying air, the drying filter device includes a main body case frame having a filter case housing part and the filter case detachably mounted on the filter case housing part. The filter case has a lock lever supported so as to be freely turned, and the filter case housing part has a locking part where the lock lever is engaged and disengaged by the turning of the lock lever.
