PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To readily change the mounting position of a temperature sensor. SOLUTION: This temperature sensor holding member 20 is equipped with a holding part 22, holding a temperature sensor 16 comprising a rod-like temperature sensing part 18 and a mounting part 30 to be mounted on a pot 10. The holding part 22 comprises a pair of leaf springs 26 and 26, facing each other vertically separated from each other, while being bendable in directions of contacting with or parting from each other, and inclined in their free attitudes in directions, away from each other from one end part side disposed on the mounting part 30 toward the other end part side, and insertion holes 28 bored through the two leaf springs 26 and 26, respectively. The sensing part 18 inserted through the two insertion holes 28 and 28 in a bent posture is locked/held on opening edges of the insertion holes 28 and 28 by the leaf springs 26 and 26, which are apart from each other and going to return to their original attitudes by their elastic force.
