PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and inexpensively form a surface treatment coating having airtightness, lubricity between them and anti-corrosion characteristics in the main body sliding surface (11) and a gas cock sliding surface (21) with regard to the gas cock (2) in which cocks rotate, while the cock sliding surface (21) of the outer periphery surface of the gas cock (2), pressure-welding the main body sliding surface (11) of the inner peripheries surface of the cock accommodating part (10) after accommodating the cock (2) in a turning-contraposition manner inside the cock accommodation part (10) of the gas cock main body (1). SOLUTION: The gas cock main body (1) and the entire gas cock (2) are made of cast iron, where the gas cock main body (1) is finished entirely by the machine working and then the roller burnishing work by from the top of surface treatment coating (50) composed of the plating coating (51) and processing coating (52) formed by plating treatment and processing coating treatment, and the gas cock (2) keeps a sliding surface (21) after the finishing by the machine working coated with a hard disk coating (55) different from the surface treatment coating of the main body sliding surface.
