PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing clip which prevents the coming-off of a clip and the protrusion of a locking leg of a clip from both surfaces of a plurality of coupled panels even though work for coupling a plurality of panels is executed without holding a clip. SOLUTION: A clip 1 includes both first locking legs 4, 4 for fixing one panel and second locking legs 5, 5 for fixing the other panel on an inserting direction side from a head part 3 so that any locking leg is prevented from protruding from a surface of the coupled panel on the head part 3 side. Even when flexed toward a barrel part 2 side, the first legs 4, 4 are prevented from flexing the second locking legs 5, 5 by coming into contact therewith. Even though the work for coupling panels is executed without holding the clip 1, therefore, the clip 1 is prevented from coming off, which facilitates the coupling of panels.
