PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give a driver a stimulus improving a sense of presence in vehicle driving on the basis of an image shot by an on-vehicle camera to a driver, to give the driver a stimulus in a form such as a notice stimulus and a performance stimulus by relating the stimulus to a stimulus which the driver received by visual recognition, and to make the driver strongly realize the pleasure of driving. SOLUTION: A landscape image in front of one's own vehicle shot by the on-vehicle camera 1 is processed by an image processing device 10, thereby estimating a traveling scene of the one's own vehicle. In case that the estimated traveling scene of the one's own vehicle is a traveling scene becoming a target to which effect sound is output, a sound processing device 20 outputs the effect sound of a pattern corresponding to the traveling scene from a speaker 2, at timing different from standard timing synchronizing with visual recognition by a direct view filed of the driver.
