PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically select only one location and output it even if there exist two or more location candidates corresponding to each of a plurality of inputted address expressions. SOLUTION: A location candidate extraction part 41 searches a database 1 registered with only address information, or the name of a facility that exists at a specified address and its address information for every record using an inputted address expression as a key, and extracts the address information of a record included with the address expression as a location candidate. The above-described processing is repeated by the number of address expressions. A combination generation part 42 generates all combinations between a location candidate of an address expression and one of another address expression from location candidates corresponding to each of the plurality of address expressions. A distance calculation part 7 calculates a distance between location candidates in all of the combinations, and then determines a location candidate which belongs to a combination that has a shorter distance between location candidates as the location.
