PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring probe with excellent sensitivity and reproducibility which restrains the exfoliation and damage to a protein layer with simple operations in protein fixation to a support. SOLUTION: The layer containing protein is adsorbed onto the surface of the support so as to surround and go around the long axis of the support, and a bridge formation process is performed by 1-5 moles of a crosslinker for one mole of protein in the layer.
