PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceiling lighting system of an automobile which shows good appearance and disposed at both side edges of a cabin ceiling without damaging blowing-out of an air conditioner. SOLUTION: The ceiling lighting system is equipped with a flat shaped housing 11 disposed on the upper side of an opening part 17b of a roof head lining 17 along the longitudinal direction of the side edge of the cabin ceiling, a lighting circuit 12 disposed at the inside of the vehicle in the housing, a plurality of light emitting means 13 which is adjacent to the outside of the vehicle of the lighting circuit in the housing, and disposed in parallel to the longitudinal direction, and a lens part 14 disposed so as to close an opening part 11d provided close to the outside of the vehicle of the under surface of the housing. The lens part 14 is adjacent to a blowing-out port 19a of an air conditioner duct 19 provided at the side edge of the cabin ceiling, and curved upward in a recessed shape, and guides the air from the air conditioner duct 19 so as to blow the air from the blow-out port 19a into the cabin.
