PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide rail structure for an opening/closing body capable of reducing rattling of a slider generated when the part of surface contact of the slider with a guide rail is changed on the way or when the slider passes over an inclined rail. SOLUTION: The guide rail comprises a main rail 8B installed extending approximately horizontally and the inclined rail 20 formed at the end or on the way of the main rail and extending in inclination, and is characterized by that it is equipped with a first buffer member 201 which is installed at least in one part of a slider sliding groove 21 formed inside the inclined rail 20 and absorbs rattling of the slider 7C, and a second buffer member 202 to absorb the impact generated when the slider 7C makes transfer from the inclined rail 20 to the main rail 8B.
