PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a token dispenser capable of eliminating clogging of game tokens inside a carrier and smoothly advancing token feed and a game accompanying the feed without interruption. SOLUTION: When detecting that a rotation monitoring device (810) is in an abnormal state during normal forward rotation, a control part (420) executes abnormal reverse rotation for prescribed time, restores the normal forward rotation after the end of the abnormal reverse rotation when not detecting that during the abnormal reverse rotation, executes abnormal forward rotation when detecting that it is in the abnormal state during the normal forward rotation and detecting that it is in the abnormal state during the abnormal reverse rotation though the abnormal reverse rotation is executed for the prescribed time, and executes the normal forward rotation when detecting that it is not in the abnormal state during the abnormal forward rotation.
