An agglomerate manufacturing apparatus comprising a charging hopper and a molten iron manufacturing apparatus comprising the agglomerate manufacturing apparatus are provided, wherein the charging hopper can treat a large amount of fine direct reduced irons and exhaust gas well therefrom and is not easily deformed by heat or pressure. An apparatus for manufacturing agglomerates comprises a charging hopper(10) into which reduced materials comprising fine direct reduced irons are charged, and a pair of rolls which are spaced apart from each other to form a gap, and which manufactures agglomerates by compacting the reduced materials comprising fine direct reduced irons discharged from the charging hopper through the gap, wherein the charging hopper comprises a wall(102), and a bottom(104) that is connected to the wall and faces the pair of rolls, the bottom having a pair of discharge ports formed therein to discharge the reduced materials comprising fine direct reduced irons to the pair of rolls through the discharge ports. The apparatus further comprises screw feeders(12) which are installed in the charging hopper and inclined at an acute angle to a central axis(CA) of the charging hopper to discharge the reduced materials comprising fine direct reduced irons flowing into the charging hopper. The screw feeders are formed on a plane including the central axis of the charging hopper and central axes of the screw feeders such that angles(alpha) formed between the central axis of the charging hopper and the central axes of the screw feeders are not greater than angles(beta) formed between the central axes of the screw feeders and the wall of the charging hopper. |
