A system and a method for sharing order/stock data automatically between wholesalers and retailers are provided to inform each wholesaler of the order automatically by classify/integrate order lists registered from the retailer into each wholesaler based on a product name, and collecting an order quantity automatically after arranging/merging the order lists based on the product name/color/size. Each wholesaler terminal(10) inputs and manages the product information to an automatic order server(100). Each retailer terminal(30) checks product, stock, and receipt information, and inputs/manages the order received from customer terminals(40) by connecting to the automatic order server. The automatic order server stores the product information received from the wholesaler to a product database, and stores an arranged order list by arranging/merging the order lists received from the retailer terminals based on each wholesaler/product name/color/size. The automatic order server extracts the sold-out and delayed products from the arranged order list automatically, and transfers the order list excluding the sold-out/delayed products to each wholesaler terminal. |
