An automatic/semiautomatic illegal-parking violation detection system and a method for controlling automatically volume of broadcasting sound are provided to control effectively an illegal-parking by monitoring remotely a broadcasting state. A plurality of vehicle detecting cameras(110,112) are formed to collect image information of an illegal-parking. A stopping/parking vehicle detector(130) receives the image information in order to recognize the presence of the illegal-parking and to transmit the recognized data. An A/V server(120) receives and processes image data from the cameras and transmits the processed data to the stopping/parking vehicle detector and an operating terminal PC(Personal Computer) of a center system. A number identification camera(140) collects image information including images of a number plate by performing a zoom-in/out and focusing operation. A number identification controller(150) controls operations of the number identification camera in order to identify the number plate of the illegal-parking. An automatic volume control unit(190) includes a power amplifier for amplifying broadcasting sound in order to monitor remotely a broadcasting state of the broadcasting sound and to control the volume of sound outputted to speakers. An operating terminal PC(310,312) performs a data transmitting/receiving function, includes operating software, and is connected to a dual monitor and the speakers. A power control unit(180) is operated independently from each component of the field system in order to supply stably driving power to the field system, to turn on/off the power of main units of the field system, and to suppress erroneous broadcasting states. |
