A method and a system for managing an on-line shopping mall are provided to prevent risk for using a model by paying expenses to the model and a writer as much as usage of a product image created by the model and the writer. An intermediary server(40) provides the product images of the models(M) and the writers(W) through the network. A shopping mall server(30) sells products by using the product images provided from the intermediary server. A management server(50) manages the usage of the product images provided through the intermediary server and the shopping mall server. A user terminal(20) buys the product corresponding to the product image by connecting to the shopping mall server. The management server pays the charge of the product images to the models and the writers according to a use frequency of the product images. The intermediary server includes a model manager, a writer manager, a shopping mall manager managing/searching the shopping malls using the product images provided from the models/writers, and an intermediary manager managing a contract among the model, the writer, and the shopping mall. |
