<p>A bio disc is provided to be suitable for lap-on-a-chip comprising various diagnostic assay apparatuses, nucleic acid hybridization assay apparatuses, and immunological assays. A bio disc includes: a sample inlet; a chamber capable of storing a buffer or a reaction solution; an assay site in which a bio material is arrayed on a substrate; channels(16a) through which fluid flows between the sample inlet, chamber, and assay site; a fluid hole which connects the channels with each other; and a valve for opening and closing the fluid hole. The valve comprises a micro bead(70a) placed in the fluid hole, a permanent magnet(4a) placed above the micro bead, and an electromagnet(5a) or movable permanent magnet placed below the micro bead.</p> |
