The present invention refers to an intelligent contact system for solving a common technical problem, saving power by uniquely, and in a multiple manner temporizing and sequencing the operation of electric devices such as the starting time, operation time, and finishing time, said relationship varying according to the needs and further applications required by the user. The present system is also useful for disconnecting the electric devices when voltage or power variations occur as well as when power cut offs are present, the electric devices being subsequently started following a specific period of time after the power has been re-established, the time may vary, thus increasing the useful life of the devices controlled by the present system since they are used more intelligently besides having further applications, thereby causing the electric energy to be better used, intelligently optimizing the same without misusing it in residential, commercial or industrial areas by using the c ombinational logic intelligent contact system having programmable integrated circuits and programmable logic controls.
