A reproducing apparatus, a reproducing method, and a reproducing program are provided to reproduce music data according to a play list reflecting use circumstance of the apparatus, thereby providing content data desired by a user. A reproducing apparatus(10) comprises a play list storage unit(16), a request information generating unit(52), and a play list reconstructing unit(50). The play list storage unit is configured to store the play list having a play list generating rule and identification information for identifying the content data matching the play list generating rule. The request information generating unit generates reconstruction request information for requesting reconstruction of the play list. The play list reconstructing unit reconstructs at least a part of the play list stored in the play list storage unit into a play list having the play list generating rule corresponding to use condition of the apparatus in response to the reconstruction request information generated by the request information generating unit.
