HEAT ROLLER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR THE SAME

A heat roller and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enable a heat coil not to be cut as the connection units of a lower insulating layer are not overlapped with each other, thereby using stable the heat roller for a long time. A heat roller(10) comprises an internal supporting unit(11) and connection portions(21c,22c). The internal supporting unit is formed in a cylinder shape with a hollow. The connection portions include plural insulating layers(20,40) installed to surround the internal supporting unit. In each of the plural insulating layers, an end portion is overlapped with on a beginning portion. The connection portions comprise a lower insulating layer(20), a heat coil(30), an upper insulating layer(40) and an external supporting unit(50). The lower insulating layer is formed not to be overlapped with each other. The heat coil is installed to surround the lower insulating layer in a coil shape. The upper insulating layer includes at least one insulating layer installed to surround the heat coil. The external supporting unit is installed to surround the upper insulating layer.
