A paper pipe for rolling a film is provided to uniformly roll the film by preventing wrinkles generated on a surface thereof due to the thickness of a both-sided tape. A paper pipe for rolling a film includes an inner paper(13), a flexible resilient member(15), and an outer paper(14). A hollow portion is formed in the interior of the inner paper. The resilient member is circumferentially bonded to the outer peripheral surface of the inner paper. The outer paper is circumferentially bonded to the outer peripheral surface of the resilient member to roll the film thereon. The thickness of the inner paper is 5 to 3mm. The thickness of the resilient member is 0.2 to 3.5mm. The thickness of the outer paper is 0.3 to 1mm.
