A plastic container with antibiosis is provided to reduce the material cost and to improve antibiosis by containing the expensive antibacterial material in only the inside surface of the container that directly comes in contact with food. A plastic container with antibiosis includes: an outer wall body(5) firstly formed by a plastic injection molding; and an inner wall body(6) formed by attaching a mixture of a plastic material and at least one antibacterial material of 0.05-5.0 wt.% to the inside of the outer wall body in a thin thickness by double injection molding. The antibacterial material is selected from inorganic antibacterial agent, metallic antibacterial agent, ammonium nitrate antibacterial agent, guanidine antibacterial agent, copper compound antibacterial agent, organic antibacterial agent, sustained-release polymer antibacterial agent, and natural product antibacterial agent.
