An ink-jet recording head and a method for fabricating the same are provided to protect a nozzle plate from external impact by preventing stress concentration of the nozzle plate in an arbitrary position. An ink-jet recording head comprises a nozzle plate and a stress dispersion member. The nozzle plate is provided with outlets. The stress dispersion member is protruded on the nozzle plate and is provided with one or a plurality of bent surfaces.
