A display device is provided to emit the heat generated from an integrated chip of a driving integrated circuit chip package effectively through a contact heat emission member of a support member. A display panel(50) displays an image. Plural driver integrated circuit packages(44) include a base film and an integrated circuit chip mounted to the base film. Sides of the driver integrated circuit packages are attached on the edge of the display panel. A support panel(60) includes a support body member(63) for fixing the display panel. A contact heat discharging member(61) is contacted to the surface reverse to the integrated circuit mounting surface. The support body member includes a front surface having an exposure window for exposing the front surface of the integrated circuit.
